I understand that any items purchased via a group fundraising webstore are on a pre-order basis and orders will not be processed until the end of the campaign, which has been clearly stated on the home page of the webstore. I also understand that all items are custom and produced especially for me and won't be available for shipping, pickup or delivery until the stated date. Furthermore, I understand that the listing has been clearly marked as a PRE-ORDER and is not immediately available for fulfillment.
